Polyglot Group is supporting a leading company in the woodworking machinery industry that is expanding and looking for a motivated Service Technician to join their team in New South Wales (NSW).
Your responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of edge banding machines and CNC machines for clients.
Producing detailed and timely service reports and documenting processes.
Performing scheduled service visits and emergency call-outs.
Maintaining customer relationships and meeting their expectations.
Frequent travel within NSW and occasional travel to other states and overseas.
Desired profile:
Experience in the woodworking and panel processing industry.
Mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to diagnose faults.
Aptitude for working with high-end technical equipment.
Experience in industries such as wood, stone, vehicles, cranes, or trade machinery.
Qualifications in electrical, electronics, mechanical, or engineering (preferred).
