The Role As Technical Marine Claims Consultant your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Provide technical support, coaching, and development to claims consultants within the marine claims team, ensuring high-quality service and strong relationships with insured clients, legal representatives, and brokers
Maintain compliance with statutory and service standards, including privacy regulations, and manage claims proactively from notification through to resolution.
Determine and communicate indemnity decisions promptly and accurately.
Accurately document claims processes and outcomes, negotiate settlements effectively,
Location: 2 days a week in office
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life-balance
Salary: $120,000
