Abundant Earth Lawn & Garden is looking for a Garden Team Leader to join our team in Cairns 5 days per week. If you have a strong horticultural background, exceptional gardening skills, and leadership experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage garden maintenance and garden restoration projects.
Perform expert hedging, pruning, and weed control.
Proficient in lawn mowing and edging with both blade edgers and trimmers.
Apply fertilization techniques and pest control measures.
Supervise and train team members, ensuring high standards of quality.
Use our app-based software to manage jobs efficiently.
Qualifications:
Living in Australia with an easy reach to Cairns Regional Qld
Extensive experience in gardening and lawn care.
Horticulture studies or qualifications are highly desirable.
Proficiency in lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weed management, fertilizing, and pest control.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Current Manual Drivers License.
Own transport
Police Clearance, a current First Aid Certificate, and a Safe Chainsaw Handling Certificate are required (or willing to obtain).
