Effective communication skills to understand and exceed client expectations.

Availability to work five days a week, including weekends, with flexibility for peak hours.
Tasks & responsibilities
Delivering top-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
Ensuring a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workspace, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
Consulting with clients to recommend styles and grooming products that suit their needs.
Working collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for clients.
Managing appointment schedules to optimize service flow and minimize wait times.
Actively promoting salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and sales.
Staying updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve skills.
