VAP NSW Pty Ltd is part of a renowned chain of restaurants, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our QLD branch, Rydaba Pty Ltd (associated entity) t/a Vapiano, located in Surfers Paradise.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar managerial within high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven ability to oversee restaurant operations, including managing dining service, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from entry to departure.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and training staff, scheduling shifts, and fostering a positive, efficient work environment.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the demands of the restaurant industry.
Position Details:
Full-time positions offering an annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications) plus 11.5% superannuation.
