We have an exciting new opportunity for a JSM Lead to join the Lendlease team. The JSM Lead will play a crucial role in the transition from SNOW to JSM and own all platform requirements & backlog roadmap ensuring that current state processes are clearly defined & documented to support future state implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the Service Management (SM) platform is fit for purpose & aligned to business needs.
Ensure that all SM platform processes are clearly defined and reviewed regularly with service & capability owners.
Work collaboratively with the Service Experience Lead to identify all experience related process issues & problems.
Oversee the migration from SNOW to Jira Service Management working closely with all stakeholders to transition to target state.
All audit requirements (controls / metrics) are clearly defined, monitored and are continuously tested to conform to policy.
