This role is critical in delivering high-quality finishes and maintenance for our valued clients. Tasks and Responsibilities: Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, washing, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces. Selecting, mixing, and applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprays. Working with protective coverings, such as tarps and tapes, to prevent accidental damage to surroundings. Consulting with clients to understand preferences, colors, and finishes. Ensuring quality control and maintaining high standards of finishing in all work. Handling and maintaining tools and materials in a safe and organized manner. Qualifications and Experience Required: Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent). At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar role. Proficiency in surface preparation, brush, roller, and spray techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
