Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resource Manager will play a critical role in the overall human resources function for the business. This position involves developing and implementing the human resource strategy, policies, and management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team driving employee engagement and supporting the professional development of all team members. Leading a small team, you will co-ordinate the development and implementation of key programs and initiatives to support our operational requirements and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have had experience across the health sector, with a good understanding of Employee and Industrial Relations. Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the business, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Partner with the leadership team to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
