Our client, a trusted furniture distribution business, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse team in Moorebank.
As a key part of our operations, you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, with a focus on the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock, inventory control, and process improvements.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can optimise operations while growing a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
The role is permanent full time and offers onsite parking. The hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise and manage a team of 5, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
Ensure tasks such as picking, packing, unloading, and dispatch are effectively delegated and completed on time
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of bulky goods
