The Digital & Customer Experience Chapter Area in CommSec comprises of UX Designers, UI Designers, Digital Product Managers and Customer Strategy experts. The team is responsible for evolving the digital experiences across web and app at CommSec.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Product strategic & development initiatives
Developing an understanding of external future product developments roadmaps
Following Product & Development framework in terms of strong governance/disciplined approach
Analysing business requirements and customer requirements
Managing all aspects of product developments in line with Senior manager?s objectives
Proactively identifying and assessing the impact of regulatory change and risks
Planning and executing changes in line with these regulations as required
Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers across the value chain
Working closely with Credit risk, Operational risk & Compliance Process
