About This Opportunity
The Laboratory Technician undertakes a range of technical, operational and administrative tasks which directly support the effective operation of the JKMRC Flotation Chemistry laboratory.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assist in conducting experiments and research programs both in the laboratory and on mine sites, focusing on flotation testing, and preparing and sizing samples for analytical analysis
Maintain documents and records of experiments, and procure and organize maintenance of research equipment and consumables in accordance with relevant University policy and procedures
Develop, maintain, and follow SOPs and laboratory procedures, ensuring high standards of housekeeping and managing sample receipt, storage,
