An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced CHPP Shift Supervisor to join Ulan Surface Operations. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will provide leadership and direction for the CHPP, train loadout and bypass operation to ensure the safe and efficient processing of coal.
About you
As the CHPP Shift Supervisor you will have experience in coal handling, processing and coal stockpile management. You will be a self-motivated individual who is keen to deliver initiatives to ensure business objectives are met through your strategic approach to creating and maintaining a safe workplace.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Delivering production plans in accordance with daily and weekly targets
Leading a team of Operators/Maintainers on Crew and reinforcing company values
Providing excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Compliance with all HSEC and legislative requirements
