Key Responsibilities:
• Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of application to provide uninterrupted support.
• Good working knowledge in RP2.4 version or above.
• Experience in managing Web connect, Recs, Gems, STL Fetch and Matching Service.
• Work with other support teams (EIA, DA/DBA, server teams) to ensure application is up and running without any hindrance.
• Implement integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.
• Responsible to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support item.
• Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development.
• Perform application support tasks like- systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks.
• Participate in production support/pager duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage.
• Installing new hardware, software, and networking systems.
Proposing simple and effective solutions.

Technical Skills:
• Having good knowledge in production support working experience in using technical skills,

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
