Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum + super

We are seeking a qualified and highly experienced Program or Project Administrator.
• Maintain all document control transactions in the Document Control database
• Follow-up and drive document deliverables with document owners
• Ensure all document deliverables are provided on time according to the contract due date
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and services for all stakeholders involved.
• Maintain tracking database providing data about contracts including variations, milestones, claims, people, shipping events, manufacturing and purchasing progress and day-to-day notes
• Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
• Update forecast costs and milestone invoicing for the assigned projects, manage and maintain paperwork associated with contracts and services.
• Support progress meetings with clients and represent document deliverable subject matters.
• Be active and contribute to internal discussions and meeting about projects, risk, and improvement opportunities.
• Advise senior management on critical matters and implement their decisions effectively.
• Oversee contractor work, ensuring compliance with contracts and reporting on any variations to work orders.
• Dispatch documentation, inspection, and release events, optimising dispatch events in-line with freight budget; police and ensure strict compliance with dispatch evidence; documentation and photographic reports
• Develop an understanding of the Contract Administrator’s duties to provide for overlay and backup when required.
