Full Time Motor Mechanic
Salary: $74,000 p.a. base salary
Duties and responsibilities:
Detecting and diagnosing faults in vehicles,
Dismantling and removing faulty parts,
Replacing and repairing defective parts,
Perform scheduled maintenance services,
Repairing and replacing transmissions, steering, braking systems and other vehicle parts and components,
Perform engine overhauls, ability to communicate effectively with customers and management,
Document all repairs,
Perform repairs to manufacturers specifications,
Carry out repairs in accordance with job sheet,
Perform final checks on vehicles,
Follow occupational health & safety requirements.
Required skills
Hold trade certificate or qualification in mechanical trade and have at least 2 years of work experience in the mechanical/automotive industry.
