Mary Cordoma operates a table grape farm in Robinvale VIC 3549. Mary Cordoma is seeking a full time qualified and licensed Forklift Driver.
The salary offered is $73,150 per annum plus superannuation.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
• Operating forklifts to transport produce to designated areas on the farm and warehouses.
• Operating controls to align forklifts and raise and lower forks to load and unload goods.
• Ensuring goods are stored in correct areas so that they can be easily located.
• Monitoring equipment operation visually through gauges and instruments.
• Inspecting and controlling equipment to identify wear and damage.
• Servicing and performing minor repairs and adjustments to forklifts.
• Operating equipment with a high level of proficiency and competency.
• Completing all required documents including quality reports and safety inspection checklists.
The applicant will have the following skills and experience:
• At least 2 years of work experience in operating forklifts.
• Forklift licence.
• Relevant AQF Certificate II or III (preferred).
• Chemical certificate (preferred).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Sound knowledge of machine and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good team member and leadership skills.
