Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling cracks and holes for smooth paint application.
• Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure quality control by conducting thorough inspections and touch-ups.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to company and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial preferred).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport preferred.
• Required to work at various sites around the Perth CBD and surrounding areas.
