• Conduct meticulous inspections of ingredients to guarantee the freshness and quality expected at a premier Indian dining establishment.
• Skillfully manage kitchen equipment temperatures, including ovens and grills, to ensure precise cooking conditions.
• Prepare traditional and innovative Indian dishes, adhering to established recipes and culinary techniques.
• Season dishes adeptly during cooking to enhance flavor profiles authentically.
• Assemble and present meals with appropriate portioning, adding gravies, sauces, and garnishes to complement the culinary artistry.
• Maintain stringent food storage protocols to ensure safety and freshness.
• Adapt and tailor meals to meet diverse dietary needs and preferences, including vegetarian and allergen-free options.

Qualifications:

• AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV in a relevant culinary field.
