The detailing team based in Banyo (4014) is dedicated to delivering the highest quality projects & we pride ourselves on providing a strong team building environment through offering support to each member, together we can overcome any obstacle.
Qualifications & experience:
1. At least 2 years’ experience in Tekla.
2. Good knowledge of structural steel.
3. Auto cad / Revit experience is an advantage but not essential.
4. Laser scanning experience is an advantage but not essential.
5. Own transport essential.
6. Australian permanent residency.
7. Currently looking for multiple team members for our Brisbane locations.
8. A qualification equivalent to an associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities:
1. 3D modelling of structural steel in Tekla.
2. Working with laser scan data (point clouds) to allow for accurate modelling to existing structures.
3. Coordinate with consultants, 3D models/ architects & engineers' drawings.
4. Produce shop drawings/ IFC models/ digital files to allow for automated steel processing.
5. Providing information from Tekla to allow for digital set outs onsite.
6. Liaise with project managers/ clients/ consultants.
7. Assist with educating trainees in the art of steel detailing.

Remuneration
Annual salary range of $75,000 to $78,000 plus superannuation.
