Reporting into the Workshop Team Leader, the new Workshop Technician (?WT?) will be based at our Notting Hill head office. The WT is to play a key role in taking care of technical assistance for internal stakeholders and our customers? products service work and presales requirements, as well as:
Maintenance, repair, and testing of customer products;
Ensure timely completion of service work and associated records and reports;
Provide technical assistance to Field Service Technicians and Territory Managers;
Assess incoming jobs and provide feedback to customers if there are any anticipated delays;
Conduct presales service work when requested and assist with maintaining database of customer presales requirements;
Prepare detailed quotations for customers, assist with queries, and always positively promote Draeger;
Prepare and submit service jobs to ensure that all jobs are invoiced on time;
