The scope of work includes, but not limited to carpentry, minor painting, plastering, sheeting, roofing tasks and general handy duties. The role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team, manage tasks, and meet all necessary job requirements. Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for:
Performing carpentry work, including doors, frames, fix out and fit off
Carry out minor painting tasks
Undertake minor plastering, patching and sheeting
Execute general maintenance and handy tasks
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following.
Hold a carpentry qualification or experience in the carpentry field
The ability to perform all carpentry and maintenance tasks
The ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently
Hold a white card, asbestos awareness and silica tickets
Valid police check and working with vulnerable people or the ability to obtain
Current c class drivers' licence for work purposes
