About the Role & Responsibilities:
This position is an important role within the Darwin Head Office and requires a detail orientated Accounts Payable Officer to manage the accounts payable functions whilst maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
Tasks are varied and include but are not limited to:
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of Supplier Invoices, ensuring all compliance
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Set up, onboard and maintain supplier records
Investigate and resolve supplier discrepancies
Payment processing
Bank reconciliations
Management of corporate credit cards and client invoicing
