About the role
Reporting to the Global Director of Corporate Affairs, this pivotal role leads our Public Affairs team globally in shaping Government & Industry Relations and public policy initiatives. You will oversee a team of 3 Public Affairs experts based across America, Australia, and the UK. Key responsibilities include:
Leading, developing and executing a comprehensive global public affairs strategy that aligns with TWEs vision, purpose and global business objectives, with a particular focus on Canberra, South Australia and Victoria.
Providing strategic counsel on policies & regulations affecting TWE, including Tax, Sustainability, Consumer Health and Global Trade.
Proactively anticipating, monitoring and devising strategies to mitigate global regulatory opportunities and mitigate risks emerging from political, regulatory, and societal trends.
Represent and work with TWEs key industry associations across Australia to progress the interests of TWE and the Australian Wine industry.
