CHROMA DECORATING AND PAINTING PTY LTD (Chroma Painting& Services) is looking for a qualified Painter to join our Company on a full-time basis. Annual Salary: $ 73,000 - $ 80,000
Duties & Responsibilities
Interpret product instructions and examine surface conditions to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
Apply paint to walls and structures and protect surrounding areas.
Make assessments on paint colour, and mix and match pigments using multiple techniques and tools.
Use different tools and brushes to apply paints with attention to detail.
Support other team members to ensure the completion of projects on time and according to specifications.
Work on residential and commercial work sites, following all relevant policies and regulations accordingly.
Understand and comply with industry safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years of painting and decorating experience for commercial and residential projects.
Certificate 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
White Card. EWP Ticket.
