HealthX is seeking 20 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work in an aged care facility in Esperance WA 6450. These positions are full time contract positions OVER A 48 month term (4 years) commencing in November 2024.
Located in Esperance WA 6450.
Hourly rate of between $29 - $32 plus shift allowances and super - paid in accordance to the Aged Care Award

Duties include:
To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents
To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation
To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
Communicating to the RN/Team leader any changes observed in residents.
Provide appropriate care to residents
Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
Foster good working relationships with everyone on the team.
A commitment to delivering quality care.
To be successful in the role the suitable applicant will be/have
Experience working in aged care is highly desirable but not essential
Ability to work as part of a team
Empathy and an emphasis of treating others with dignity and respect
Reliability and punctuality
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across all shifts (day, afternoon, nights) 38 hours per week/76 hours per fortnight.
