We are currently searching for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to support the operations function across a growing team in Perth office.
As this is a unique role we encourage and appreciate that past experiences, back grounds and future goals will contribute to making someone the most suitable candidate. Most of all we are looking for a person that has a positive, “can do” approach to their work and learning as we commit to guide you on your journey in becoming an operations superstar!
This is a diverse role and no two days will be the same, the main responsibilities include:
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assist the team with daily tasks to support the business function
- Support the team through training and how to’s as required
- Diary management
- Document formatting
- Monitor group email as required
- Data audits and preparation of reports on which follow ups can be conducted, or to affect decisions and drive change
- Ensure that documents sent to clients have gone through a quality check when required
- Event management for quarterly team events
- Make sure all meeting rooms are functional
