What does the role look like?
- Manage the shared inbox
- Coordinate and take minutes for meetings
- WHS IT and Payroll systems portal administrative duties
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with processing and coding invoices
- Assist with safety document control and management as directed
- Assist all Safety team members with BAU administrative tasks as required.
