As our Reservations Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Front Office team to provide efficient and professional service ensuring a satisfying guest experience. You will be a natural leader who thrives on sharing your knowledge and skills with guest service agents looking to expand their own skill set.
In this role you will also be expected to identify and create opportunities for increased revenue, and will be motivated to achieve key financial targets. You will be responsible for ensuring all reservations in the PMS system are up to date and accurate, and will work closely with the Front Office team to ensure details related to new and repeat guests is communicated prior to arrivals.
