The Client is a leading engineering firm operating in Perth, covering brownfield and greenfield plant design and upgrades across Mineral Processing Plants. They are seeking the services of an experienced and capable Lead Mechanical Designer to join their successful team of Leads across disciplines.
As Lead Mechanical Designer you will:
Lead a team of Mechanical Design Drafters, including Juniors & Seniors
Your primary responsibility is Leading and Mentoring but there will also be an element of hands on Plant Layout, Detail Design and Checking
Proficiency with Microstation & Tekla is highly desirable
Have an existing network within the Engineering space to assist with building the current team over the next months.
About you:
You will have proven Lead experience in an EPCM & Consultant environment
8 years Layout and Detail Design experience
Proficiency with engineering design programs such as Tekla,
