IT support Internship An IT support at our education sector clients, you will assist users in organisations with computer- or software-related issues. Their duties include installing and updating software, servicing and maintaining hardware and IT equipment, running networks and troubleshooting technical problems related to the IT systems and equipment. IT support duties and responsibilities An IT support at schools typically has the following duties and responsibilities: Providing technical support to users (student & staffs) Prioritising and escalating issues as needed Installing hardware and software Advising users on which steps to take to fix minor IT problems Troubleshooting and identifying causes for hardware malfunctions or software errors Network administration Monitoring performance of IT equipment and computer systems in an organisation Other adhocs according to requested of ICT manager or authorised persons/head of schools What you need: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity
