The Role Operating in a successful, high-achieving finance team with exposure to group level, you will report into the Senior Corporate Finance Manager, responsible for but not limited to:
- Managing indirect taxes (FBT, Payroll, GST etc.)
- Preparing income tax returns for Australian entities
- Preparing R&D tax claim
- Interpreting tax legislation and communication of any changes
- Partnership with treasury, FP&A, Payroll, HR, Marketing teams on strategy/process improvement opportunities
- Building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
- Involved in commercial projects, M&A, process improvement from a tax lens
- Monthly/yearly tax calculations
About You - 5 years in a tax related position from either Big 4/Mid-tier firm, or commercial industry
- Inquisitive nature, eagerness to understand the wider business to help influence decisions across various stakeholders
