About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development (OD), the OD Specialist will support strategic initiatives of HR and the business with a particular focus relating to values, organisation capability and performance. With a collaborative and commercial approach, the OD Specialist provides expert advice and hands-on solution design for the successful implementation of programs and practices that build a high performance, future-ready and values led workforce.
The role is responsible for supporting the design bespoke solutions across the full spectrum of OD, including Organisational Change, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and Engagement, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Performance management.
