Position description An open opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join a friendly team based in Lane Cove West for a short term period (could go for a couple of weeks up to a few month) - would suit a traveler well. The role requires the successful candidate to utilise prior Accounts Payable experience from various organisations, particularly previous Foreign Currency payment experience to assist with the overall productivity of the team. This is a US Based organisation and you will be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - End-to-end accounts payable experience
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Foreign Currency payments
- Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised Accounts Payable ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier payments and inter-company accounts
- Assisting with month end closing
- Other general finance administration duties
