You must be able to:
Planning, developing and implementing menus.
Preparing and cooking food
Estimating food, labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
Discussing food preparation issues with the manager.
Maintain Food Safety Standards in accordance with Legislative requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certificate IV in Kitchen management or higher (or equivalent experience)
Passion for delivering high-quality food
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
