We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration related to our programs and services. You will work closely with senior management, vendors, and clients to ensure that all contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
• Manage all paperwork associated with contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating licensing agreements required for company resources.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and stakeholders affected.
• Advise senior management on contract matters requiring attention and implement their decisions accordingly.
• Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the organization's contract-related activities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Australian intellectual property laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent and relevant qualification
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in contract management, procurement or a related administrative role.

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary package commensurate: $73,150 - $78,000 + Superannuation (38 hours of work per week)
