We are a small cafe nestled in the green suburb of Elizabeth bay in sydney. we have currently owned this cafe for approximately three years and the venue has been a cafe since 1985. we are a small and locally driven spot, focusing on fresh produce and quality with a welcoming atosohere.
Elizabeth Bay Café is a looking for a full-time Cook for our busy cafe located in Elizabeth bay.
Your duties will include:
Food prep and cooking for service
regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
ensuring all prep is done in accordance with our recipes
ensuring all food is costed
portioning food
storing food in temperature controlled facilities and maintaining stock is rotated
preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
may plan menus and estimate food requirements
may train other kitchen staff and apprentices
In return you will receive:
Package: $70,000 per annum plus superannuation
Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

Requirements of position
Relevant Certificate III and at least 2 years of relevant work experience OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience to substitute qualification.
