Due to continued growth, we are seeking Full-Time Registered Nurses to work across our Facility. Ideal applicants will be dedicated to person-centred care, passionate about building relationships with the ability to work as a clinical leader to deliver the highest standard of care.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing essential staff supervision, mentoring, development and delegation to ensure the delivery of appropriate, effective and safe care to our residents in-line with their individualised care plans.
The purpose of the Registered Nurse is to ensure the highest standard of care is provided across our resident facility, adhering to legal, ethical and industry compliance standards.

EXPECTED SALARY RANGE : $95,000 - $105,000
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
-• Current AHPRA Registration
• Relevant experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to plan, communicate, implement and evaluate high-quality nursing care
• Gerontic Nursing Qualifications or equivalent
• Strong clinical skill set in Aged Care setting
• Superior knowledge of Aged Care Documentation requirements
• High-level understanding of Workplace Health & Safety issues or risks
• High level of communication skills and computer literacy
• Current Police Check
DESIRABLE
- Dementia and palliative nursing care experience
- Experience working in Residential Aged Care
- Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- LeeCare software experience
- Ability to work to budgetary requirements
