WOW Recruitment is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing:
Processing and reconciling supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs
Managing the accounts receivable process, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
Assisting with month-end reconciliation of bank statements and accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records and updating the accounting system
Communicating with vendors and clients about payment status, inquiries, and discrepancies
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and reports
