About the role
We are seeking a Youth Care Coordinator to support the headspace Oran Park team in delivering high-quality mental health services to young people.
This is a full-time role, currently available until 30 June , with the potential for extension based on continued funding. We strongly encourage you to reach out with any queries you have about headspace funding. The position will be based in the Oran Park headspace centre.
This position offers the opportunity to:
Actively participate in headspace Oran Parks community awareness activities promoting the health and wellbeing of young people and meaningful youth participation in the service
Work collaboratively with young people and their friends, family and carers to identify their support needs, goals and develop collaborative care plans.
Provide practical assistance, referral, and advocacy to young people and their friends, family and carers as well
