The Opportunity:
The role of Account Manager within our Shutdowns division is essential for providing ongoing support to our established and long-term clients, as well as building strong candidate talent pools.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing skilled candidates within our Shut Downs Division servicing clients across WA.
We have a full mobilisation and administration team for additional support so you can focus on recruitment and making commission!
To be considered you must have: Experience within blue collar recruitment be highly advantageous. We are looking for a strong candidate manager who can communicate effectively and understand rostering and workforce management. This is a fast paced, high volume role which includes a generous commission plan.
Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
Proven history of candidate pipelining and management
Strong time management and critical
