Apprentice Gardener ? Certificate III in Parks & Gardens

Position Objective:
The primary purpose of this position is to be ensure that Marist College Bendigo is a clean, safe, secure and well-maintained environment for students to learn. The Gardener is responsible for the overall external appearance of Marist College Bendigo by ensuring the natural grounds are presented well. This is achieved by ensuring they are well maintained.
Duties include but not limited to:
? Under direction of Marist College Bendigo Gardener - Maintenance of the College gardens and grounds including mowing, weeding, spraying and maintenance of garden beds ? Under direction of Marist College Bendigo Gardener - Maintenance of garden irrigation systems ? Under direction of Marist College Bendigo Gardener ? Involvement in the development of new gardens and landscaping within the College ? General labouring when required to assist fellow Gardening and Maintenance Team Members ?
