Administration/Retail Assistant

We are seeking a Retail/Admin Assistant with experience in retail, administration, and customer service. Candidates with Xero or bookkeeping experience are highly desirable. The successful applicant will learn about our products and provide accurate information to our customers. This role involves a mix of retail and administrative duties. About Us: We specialise in products for individuals in the community who have disabilities or are elderly. Our range includes customized equipment from crockery and cutlery to wheelchairs and recliners.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and inventory management
Utilise Xero for bookkeeping tasks (if applicable)
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
Experience in retail, administration, and customer service
Knowledge of Xero or bookkeeping (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and relay product information accurately
