Purpose of Role: As the Workshop Supervisor at our Somersby Workshop, you?ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively. You?ll be at the forefront of maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and lean practices, while also driving production levels to support our product sales within cost and efficiency targets.
In this dynamic role, you?ll collaborate closely with our Field Service team to achieve key business objectives, including safety enhancements, maintenance excellence, process improvements, and the implementation of lean principles.
