Our client requires a customer focused Administration and Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team located in Southport. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and accounts knowledge. Your new role
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you will be required to liaise closely with site operational teams, internal departments and company vendors.
Your duties will include:
Processing of utilities, including electricity, phone, internet, gas and water for resorts -invoicing and receipting;
Budget reviews and P&L expenditure trends;
Set up site files for new residents and update relevant systems;
Management of any rent arrears, dishonours or other issues;
Manage site agreements to ensure it is available to sales staff and completed correctly prior to director's signature;
Rent increases letters, calculations, spreadsheets, updating & checking RMS;
Letters for new and vacating residents, resident letters granting permission or requesting information;
Preparation of Breach notices and tribunal applications;
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable role. You will also require the following:
A background in working in a busy AR role
Experience in debt collection and calling customers to of unpaid invoices
Dealing with account queries from customers and account managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own team
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can work independently and effectively complete all tasks by deadlines. Someone with intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite would be highly regarded.
