Your new role Join the team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll engage with customers across various channels to resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
Actively listen to customer enquiries, demonstrate empathy, and ensure their needs are met.
Manage customer orders, adjust to specific ordering processes, and ensure accurate freight charges.
Stay updated on product features and promotions, upsell products, and communicate with the Demand Planner on stock issues.
Organise warranty item returns, liaise with the Production Manager, process credit notes, and rectify consignment errors.
Work with Customer Service reps, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and offshore factories to ensure smooth operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills
Proven performance in internal sales/customer service
Ability to follow processes and procedures
Competent computer skills in Excel and Word with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
SAP experience desirable
Previous experience in the sporting industry is desirable
