Your new role
As a technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and industry standards. You will diagnose technical problems, address customer complaints, and supervise subcontractors. Additionally, you will assist with job scheduling, work instructions, and job plans.
What you'll need to succeed
HVAC trade qualification
5+ years' of commercial HVAC experience
S permit (Restricted Electrical Licence) preferred
Solid understanding of air conditioning systems and relevant codes
Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to learn and use proprietary software
Current Victorian Driving Licence
Basic understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management System
Flexibility to meet after-hours work demands and participate in an on-call roster
Ability to pass a Police check for working in the health environment
Australian Citizenship
