Position Purpose
To provide support to the Upper Management team in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, infrastructure and other critical systems to maximise security, stability, data integrity and efficient operations.
(This position purpose is set by the company at the time of employment and may be subject to change as the company and position evolves.)
Main Duties
• Serve as an internal IT support and subject matter expert, contributing to daily solutions as well as major implementations and changes.
• Provide timely support and ongoing training for all company IT and business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, workstation, network, access and identity and other IT service issues.
• Website design, development, implementation, advertising and marketing.
• Evaluation, testing and integration of current IT systems, providing feedback and recommendations to Upper Management.
• Design and implementation of new tech solutions relevant to the needs of the company, for enhanced capabilities, efficiencies and productivity.
• Responsibility for maintenance, monitoring and administration of IT and business systems, including but not limited to:
• MS 365 user account management
• Document management systems
• End user devices and printers
• Endpoint protection
• Staff onboarding procedures
• Maintain product file database and eliminate identified discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Design and creation of digital promotional materials.
• Monitoring and maintenance of security and CCTV systems.
• Provide cybersecurity advice, solutions and training.
• Plan and oversee company hardware installations, upgrades and deployments.
Other Duties
• As directed by Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager and General Manager/Director
• Your role is subject to change as the company grows or identifies areas for improvement or greater efficiencies.
