Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Regular cleaning duties of guest rooms and storage areas as allocated, to the required Novotel brand standard.
- Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Ensure supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
