InfraBuild Reinforcing has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our experienced and supportive team as a Project Delivery Administrator . This is a full-time role based at our St Marys site, working Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will provide crucial support to our Project Delivery team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Were looking for a team player with a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating and issuing monthly cycle bill claims
Coordinating on behalf of Project Manager with various internal and external stakeholders
Processing of customer credits and returns
