The Home Buying team is responsible for end-to-end management of CommBank?s Home Loan business including distribution through proprietary and third-party channels, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, product and continuous improvement.
Within Home Buying, the Specialty Pathways Squad has responsibility for Home Buying?s specialty products including Construction and Bridging Loans and in addition, we support low deposit customers through our Guarantors and Government Schemes products.
